Valley Mission Brunch Volunteers - August

Bridge is partnering with our friends at the Valley Mission to provide meals for deserving local families as they get back on their feet financially and find permanent housing. On Saturday, August 9th, at 7:45 a.m., our team will prepare and serve brunch while encouraging the attending men, women, and children. Please plan to meet at the Mission between 7:45 and 8 a.m. The team will finish up at about 11 a.m.

What’s next?” If so, join us for Starting Point, a relaxed 1-week class with a lunch included that will open the doors to our mission, strategy, beliefs, and goals for your future here. We encourage both spouses to attend together if possible. Please sign up each person separately so we can plan for numbers and food accordingly.

Whether you are a newcomer to Christianity or a seasoned student, you'll discover that this study will be incredibly beneficial. 101 is the first of three step-up studies to increase your Bible study skills. This class will meet for four weeks, and we encourage you to be at ALL FOUR CLASSES.

To take Bible 201, you must have already completed Bible 101 as a pre-requisite, as it builds upon the foundational knowledge taught in that course. Foreshadowing, the Covenants of God, Bible Prophecy, and the Judgements of God will be covered. Todd Brown, Bridge's Founding Pastor, delivers the teaching via video. Bring your Bible & pen, and be ready to dive deeper into God's word. This class will meet for four weeks, and we encourage you to be at ALL FOUR CLASSES.

This is a four-week study that includes teaching and discussion. Please bring your Bible and something to take notes with. Handouts will also be available.

Deacon Fellowship Event
The Bridge Deacon's Fellowship Group invites all widows, widowers and singles 55 and over to join us for Praise in the Park! Deacons will provide an assortment of desserts to enjoy while we listen!

Advance Care Planning Class
Join us for "Advance Care Planning," a four-week class starting Tuesday, August 5th, from 5:15-6:15 PM, with dinner provided each week. We'll cover essential topics such as historical and scriptural insights on planning, necessary documents, terms like power of attorney and guardian, and an overview of the law. You'll learn about legal tools to ensure your wishes are respected when you can no longer communicate, preparation for end-of-life decisions, and options for alternative living arrangements if needed. This class offers practical guidance for thoughtful planning for yourself and your loved ones. This class is open to our community outside of Bridge.

Men's Adventure Series Application 2025
The goal and purpose of the Men’s Adventure Weekends and Retreats are to provide men an opportunity to get away from the rush and distractions of daily life and spend a week(end) focusing on what it means to be a man of God. During this special time of spiritual focus and adventure, we enjoy God’s amazing creation, participate in fun and challenging activities, and invest in other men determined to grow in Christ.
