Bridge is partnering with our friends at the Valley Mission to provide meals for deserving local families as they get back on their feet financially and find permanent housing. On Saturday, August 9th, at 7:45 a.m., our team will prepare and serve brunch while encouraging the attending men, women, and children. Please plan to meet at the Mission between 7:45 and 8 a.m. The team will finish up at about 11 a.m.

Join us for "Advance Care Planning," a four-week class starting Tuesday, August 5th, from 5:15-6:15 PM, with dinner provided each week. We'll cover essential topics such as historical and scriptural insights on planning, necessary documents, terms like power of attorney and guardian, and an overview of the law. You'll learn about legal tools to ensure your wishes are respected when you can no longer communicate, preparation for end-of-life decisions, and options for alternative living arrangements if needed. This class offers practical guidance for thoughtful planning for yourself and your loved ones. This class is open to our community outside of Bridge.

We need volunteers to help prepare and serve meals, or sometimes just bake a plate of cookies or treats for local sports teams, community non-profits, fire, rescue, and healthcare workers.
