Robin's Nest Children's Home - Montego Bay, Jamaica
Bio
Christopher and Cheran have been members of Bridge since 2013. They were married in 2015, and they have (2) daughters - Clara (7 years old) and Cate (5 years old). Christopher was a Process Engineer, and Cheran was a Homemaker before they accepted the call to serve as Volunteer Onsite Directors in Jamaica in May of 2022.
What do they do?
As Onsite Directors, Christopher and Cheran work closely with their Co-Directors to oversee all Operations at the childcare facility in Jamaica. Robin's Nest Children's Home cares for an average of (30) children while also employing (30) Jamaicans across many different functions. Christopher focuses on Ministry, Human Resources, Compliance, Accounting and Finances, as well as Teams/Visitors and Building Maintenance. After two years of overseeing the Health, Education, and Social Work side of the ministry, Cheran is now in an Advisory Role and focuses on raising and teaching Clara and Cate.
